Proton monitor case

I adapted Luke's excellent design for open community use, basing it off DaveGA's layout. Please note that this is a work in progress, created by a non-designer, so proceed with caution due to potential inconsistencies and errors. To assemble the project, grind down both PCBs to ensure M3 access and proper fitment. Be prepared for tight tolerances; consider loosening them, scaling the design, or deburring/file-fitting as needed. I successfully printed the top and bottom case components, but they don't quite fit perfectly. I designed gaskets/plugs, but haven't had a chance to print them yet, as they require flexible filaments like TPU. P.S. I'm not confident in the top-bottom gasket part's clearance; it may not provide sufficient squish. I encountered similar issues when omitting the gasket altogether, which I addressed by removing the inner rail from the top part's groove.
