The Proteus LED panel is technically expandable to any size you want, but I'll show you how to make a standard panel first. Materials Needed: - 9 x Panel Pieces (#1-9) - 3 x Vertical Struts (#10) - 2 x Horizontal Struts (#13) - 4 x Leg Brackets and Parts (#19-22) - Power Supply Box (#24, #25) - LED Covers (Optional: #26-40) Instructions: 1. Print Panels #1-9. 2. Print #10 X3. 3. Print #13 X2. 4. Print #17 or 18 if you want to mount this to something. 5. Print #19-22 for the back leg, and double it for two legs. 6. Print #24 and #25 for the power box. 7. Print #26-40 (Optional) for LED covers. Assembly: 1. Attach the vertical struts to the panels using M3 screws. 2. Connect the horizontal struts to the panels. 3. Attach the leg brackets and parts to the panels. 4. Connect the power supply box to the panels. Wiring Options: Option 1: On/Off Switch Parts Needed: - DC Panel Mount Input Jack - DC On/Off Switch Instructions: 1. Solder the LED + to one of the two end sockets of the DC switch. 2. Solder the LED - to the DC Panel Mount Jack negative (ground). 3. Solder the DC Panel Mount + (positive) to the center socket of the DC Switch. Option 2: PWM Dimmer Parts Needed: - DC Panel Mount Input Jack - PWM Dimmer Instructions: 1. Connect the DC Panel Jack + and - to the PWM Dimmer + and -. 2. Connect the LED + and - to the PWM dimmer + and -. Design Your Own Attachments: The back has M4 attachment holes. You can design your own parts to hook into an M4 nut. The distance between these holes is 35.2mm from center to center. Creating a larger sized version would give you more attachment holes.
