Each design features an equal number of keys at each end, with a center bolt to keep them from crossing over (optional). Fit as many keys as you need, and simply use longer bolts for larger keys. **Three Sizes to Print** Regular: ideal for common key sizes, such as house, mailbox, car, etc. Large: designed for industrial or heavy-duty locks that require more secure storage Extra Large: suitable for old-fashioned style keys or other oversized keys - it's a big design! **Bolts/Nuts** * 3mm (M3) * 4-40 (Imperial UNC) * 4-48 (Imperial UNF) **Knurls** * M3, 5mm outer diameter, 4mm height Search for the correct knurl size on eBay.com or AliExpress.com to ensure compatibility. This design is optimized for 3mm (M3) bolts and nuts. Imperial (USA) sizes are also available. For the strongest and most reliable design, use the Knurl option. These can be easily sourced from online retailers like eBay.com. **Materials Needed** * PETG, HTPLA, or ABS preferred; anything stronger works too * 3x bolts * 3x nuts or knurls (if using) If you're unsure what a knurl is, check the images for dimensions and purchasing information. You can buy them in packages online. **Bolt Lengths** Measure the thickness of your keys plus 7mm to determine the required bolt length. For example: 4 keys with 2 at each end (pictures) require 13-14mm bolts. **Knurl Sizes** Check the image for suggested knurl dimensions. Varying manufacturer sizes may affect compatibility; ensure you have the correct dimensions before installation. **Key Spacers** Two sizes are available: Standard Key Spacers in 1mm and 1.5mm thickness, or Old Fashioned Style Key Spacers in 1mm and 2mm thickness. You can create your own using Tinkercad.com if needed. Note: I personally prefer keys without spacers for a secure grip in my pocket - it's all about personal preference! **Printing** Print with the inside face of each part on the print bed for optimal results.
