In April 2016, SEPTA received a $2.6 million grant for electric buses through the FTA LONO program. The funds covered additional costs of purchasing 25 Proterra Catalyst buses. These vehicles will soon serve Routes 29 and 79 in South Philadelphia, making SEPTA the first large urban agency in the Northeast U.S. to pilot battery-electric technology. This makes it suitable for architectural visualizations, traffic simulations, and gaming, with a high-resolution PSD (4096*4096) featuring a white base and SEPTA livery. An extended version also includes a charge station and bicycle.
