It's a protector for the sticks of the radio FrSky Taranis X9D Plus. It has some tabs on the sides to hold with velcro or elastic band behind the radio so it won't fall. Its main features are an exterior diameter of 47mm to fit perfectly and an interior diameter of 15mm directly for the stick.
