<p>Optimized Prusa protective shield RC3 for lower material consumption. Printed headbands are donated to healthcare services in Czech republic by community around DDH Helceletova - Robotárna and JCMM.</p> <p>Despite how much material was removed, the headband is very comfortable to wear, and easy to print. Also, we discovered, that second part of shield is not really necessary, when you use PET foil, that's thick enough (0,5 mm and more).</p> <p>Small groove was made on top of rubber band mount for easier attachment and stronger hold.</p> <p>I also increased printing speeds.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print from PET-G, without supports.</p> <p>Best and tested settings are included in .3mf files, but you can of course change them, to better suit your printer.</p> <p>I recommend increasing the speed of printer to 150 (on Prusa's printers in "Tune" menu).</p>
