Protective shield compatible with respirators from CTU laboratories or large respirators. The shield is designed for MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) printing technology to create a lightweight yet durable protective barrier. The shield features a printed full frame that maintains its shape without distortion, allowing a thin light foil to be used while minimizing optical deformations. For long-term wear comfort, a soft rubber spot is integrated into the forehead area, where a D-profile rubber seal (9x6mm) or other soft rubber up to 10mm high can be attached. To secure the shield on the head, a strap made of rubber or an elastic band should be used.
