Protective mask's first prototype for laser cutting. The design is made up of two pieces cut from polypropylene, each measuring 1.2mm thick, that snap together perfectly, an A4-sized acetate sheet and a rubber band, ideally 9cm in diameter. To connect the acetate to the polypropylene, we use double-sided tape. Parameters used: Vector speed at 28, power at 90, frequency at 5000 Raster speed at 70, power at 25 Designed by Red Door Lab, based on the designs of Konrad Klepacki and Mateusz Dyrda.
