Protective Mask with Coffee Filter No. 2
grabcad
Designed specifically for 3D printing and Coffee Filter No.2, I aim to replace the filter seamlessly when needed - a surplus of these filters is always available. Printed with PETG, models have a relatively small contact surface with the print table, making it essential to use a heated palette set between 70-80C and an ample amount of glue stick to secure the material effectively. My model was printed using a 0.8mm nozzle and coarse setting. There is no hole in the plastic part itself; instead, loops were used for elastic band attachment. To avoid any issues, it's crucial not to use torn filters - solids are included so that you can modify the mask contour to match your face perfectly. A special thank you goes out to F. Badiali for the Human Head design found in COVID MASK MK3.
