Protective filter mask n95
thingiverse
**WARNING** This prototype mask requires customization to fit your face size. Use a heat gun to shape and mold the mask to ensure a proper seal. Inspired by CU3D-style masks, I created this design to address their limitations for adult faces. The original models were too small, resulting in large gaps around my face when worn. This led to breathing through the openings rather than the filter itself. My redesign features a larger size with no holes, providing better filtration performance. Designed for printing at 0.4mm thickness with draft quality settings, this model allows for some tolerance during production. If you plan to print with higher quality settings, experiment with adjusting the bolt.stl scale to achieve optimal results. For effective filtration, incorporate cotton circles or balls into your mask design.
