This is the protective face shield frame. A clear cover sheet from a document spiral binding, a silicone sheet from a laser printer, or a transparent pocket like those used in A4 or Letter documents can be repurposed as the protective shield. Between the forehead support and frontal ribbon, there's a small gap where you can insert the foil. After printing, use a narrow cutter or similar tool to clean out this space. It's essential to include a base support (raft) when printing with ABS, but it's not necessary for PLA prints. The face shield is based on a modified HancochH model design.
