My friend Krzysztof Z. designed a protective shield perfect for mass production. It can be cut from polycarbonate sheets using a waterjet or a laser for precise cuts. Additionally, the design includes a die and stamp for forming heating elements that require temperatures around 150 degrees Celsius. To assemble these parts, Push-In Rivets DF-137-020 with six rivets per part are required.
