I streamlined the split design, incorporating a snap-together assembly piece to eliminate gluing altogether. EDIT: Added STL files for batch production on 140x140 mm build plates (e.g., Flashforge Finder), perfect for rapid prototyping and small-scale manufacturing. EDIT April 1st: Upgraded files with a critical bugfix on rods that was causing slicing failures on certain slicers. Additionally, I included plate batch files for 220x220 mm build plates to accommodate larger projects. EDIT April 6th: All STL files have been updated to the latest version. Two versions of the side rods are now available: - VisorSplitSnapLeft/VisorSplitSnapRight This is the original design from the quoted source. - VisorSplitSnapLeft/VisorSplitSnapRight A new version features a hook inside the slit to securely lock the transparent sheet in place. For this version, the transparent sheet (size A4) should be perforated with holes arranged in an "888" pattern (8cm between each hole). Only the holes at the ends will be utilized. Build plates are provided for both versions, tailored specifically for a 140x140 mm build plate (Flashforge Finder).
