Since my layout is located directly in the ballast, it often happens that individual stones moves into the switch. This prevents correct operation. I then have to remove them manually. The small parts prevent that stones are pushed into the mechanics. I printed these parts for the LGB and US Train switches, I use. With adjustments they should also be usable for other switches.
