This safeguard shields fingers from blades of a fan, as well as other small objects accidentally pulled in. It doesn't impede airflow and produces no extra noise. Designed for a 40 mm fan, the idea can be scaled up or down to fit any size. Four M3 bolts are deeply embedded into sturdy columns, eliminating unnecessary weight added by longer fasteners. A SketchUp file is also included for easy modification and customization.
