Based on the Swedish model available at https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/ and https://github.com/Cederb/Faceshield.nu/, I made some slight modifications to address user comments while keeping the design simple and easy to print. An A4 hole punch with a 4-hole pattern (80mm gap between holes) or an adjustable 2-hole punch set in A4 is needed. The IGES file I'm sharing allows for potential improvements if required.
