I'll try to recreate this from scratch, but it may not be entirely accurate since I'm basing it on pictures only. The holes in question are roughly 10mm in diameter, and I can easily make them smaller if you'd like. Unfortunately, I had some trouble getting Fusion 360 to export the model correctly, which is why you're seeing this instead of a properly formatted design.
