Proscenic M8 Pro reusable vacuum bag replacement
thingiverse
You can print the base, top slide and seal and then assemble or you can print the vac solid using 0.4mm, 4 wall lays, zero bottom and zero top. This will then print the side walls in a vase or spiral type movement. This is much quicker. You then need to print the top, bot, seal and slide. The slide is designed to use 2 40mm x 3.2mm o-rings on each side of the hole. To align this, place the slide in the M8 housing and put in the base ( or bot and side walls glued) then drill through into the slide in 2 places with a 3mm hole. Then you can remove the parts, bolt the 2 holes together with a M3 x 10 counter sunk bolt. Then drill another 2 holes and bolt. The holes should be placed around the o-ring so it pulls together and seals. Once bolted together, cut a hole in the sidewall so it matches the slider hole. I used a 16mm hole saw and then a Dremel to cut the hole to full size. As the o-ring should already be in place, be carful not to cut it. The seal should have a bead of silicon around the edge and then be bolted into place. I used clear silicon and ran a bead around all inner edges as well as around the seal. Lastly glue on the top. You can also add a bead of silicon around the edges on the inside through the filter hole. The filer needed is from a electrolux cyclone ultra 2000w machine as per picture.
