Props for Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder rear lid struts

The large props snap firmly onto the hydraulic struts with a rod diameter of 10 millimeters, holding them at full extension. They prove indispensable when working extensively on the engine for an extended period - a day or two - as the hydraulic struts, part of the electric soft top mechanism, tend to lose pressure and sag otherwise. The bright orange color of these props mimics the Lamborghini part that was originally supplied with the car, which had mysteriously gone missing. The lid also boasts two gas struts, with one of them situated on the left side of the vehicle featuring a built-in prop. However, the lid still tends to sag noticeably on the right side. To address this issue, I designed and created a small prop that perfectly fits onto the gas strut with an 8-millimeter rod diameter located on the right-hand side of the car, as clearly visible in my example photograph.
