I created a blank template using TinkerCad to erase the original design. As I build my own lightsaber, I wanted a clean slate to work from. This might be helpful for others who want to start fresh too. I kept all the dimensions identical to the original design. Note that I'm still learning and haven't printed these models yet - but soon I'll have some results to share!
