The strain relief piece in the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4106295 is too short to be used and it is done in a vertical direction so you would need to force the bed wiring. This is a remix of that piece so it is longer and has the same orientation as the original piece so it can be used as a proper strain relief the same way the default piece on the Ender 3 is used.
