All my MK3 propellers work with my hovercraft and can be scaled up as needed. I've made improvements over the MK2 model by reducing the pitch angle, which only produces thrust from the outer, lower angle when tested. The new design features wider blades for increased thrust and thicker wing roots with a smaller diameter to enhance strength. If you're using Cura to print these propellers, try printing at 50% infill with alternate extra layers. This technique sandwiches alternating infill layers between an additional wall, resulting in a significant increase in print time but greatly enhanced strength. Please let me know if the printed propellers are too weak for your needs.
