A. Typical Improved Points ① Pitch change method Face gear → Bevel gear ② Pitch stop None → “Feathering” and “Ground Fine” [NOTE] Some propellers do not have "REVERSE" pitch because the large diameter propeller provides the necessary braking force at “Ground Fine” pitch when landing. ③ Metal ball φ3 or 4mm → None ④ Assembly tool Yes → No (easier to assemble) B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 9 pages) The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping, gluing and tightening)". C. General Notes 1. No Metal Bearing is used. 2. Drill and Tap My design hole diameter is considerably smaller than the finish hole diameter in order to ensure the wall thickness at the time of printing. Drill : φ1.5, 2, 2.5, 6.2 Tap : M2, M3 For M1.4 Screw; No need “Tapping”. Drill with φ1.0 drill then direct screw-in. D. STL files Files: STL Files (13 items) “ws” of last 2 digits means “With Support” special designed. E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 17HR (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support) Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. 3D printing settings Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience. My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
