I managed to create propeller guards that closely match the original design. I printed them in the exact orientation as specified in the .stl file, but they definitely require supports. After printing, you'll need to spend a lot of time cleaning them up. A 0.2 mm layer height is a good compromise between resolution and durability, reducing stringing to a minimum while still providing enough strength.
