I printed it vertically to align plastic fibers with the long axis for added strength. Next, as shown on the photo, I applied a single layer of glass fiber and then vacuum cured it. I'll post an update once I've tested its efficiency in water. To create this prop, print it twice - once for each end - and then glue them together securely. Note that the prop is designed to operate unidirectionally, meaning it's only intended to rotate in one direction. Be sure to check your motor's rotation direction and mirror the model if necessary to ensure proper function.
