Propeller for Hubsan X4 H107C
thingiverse
Standard blades for this copter have a total length of 55mm and a motor shaft hole diameter of 1mm. Including both clockwise and counter-clockwise versions are printed. These blades were specifically designed for my quadcopter Hubsan X4 H107C as seen in the last photo. Instructions: A hard model, impossible to print without support using FDM tech. I successfully printed this on a Russian 3D-printer called Picaso 3D Designer at 0.1 mm layer resolution with autogenerated support from Picaso Polygon for Designer. So far, printing upside down produced the best results. The hardest part to overcome was making the motor shaft hole; in the original model designed for H107D, it had a diameter of 1.5mm, which was too big. I reduced it to 0.95mm and made adjustments that almost hid it completely; further experimentation is needed.
