A propeller shaft extension for the Disco proves effective in reducing noise levels. Testing the motor on the ground with a sound meter app revealed a noticeable decrease of 2 dB. Although not an ideal scientific experiment, the results suggest that higher frequency notes are diminished. Flight performance remains unchanged, but it's uncertain whether overall sound levels have decreased since they were imperceptible. A length of 10 mm is the longest extension that can fit in the rucksack. Two M3x16 and two M3x12 countersunk screws are required for assembly. The extension was printed using PLA with a 55% infill density.
