This is a Just Good Enough Model not meant for manufacturing. The extension is intended for use with the Rotax and HKS lines of 80hp aircraft engines. The purpose of the propeller extension is to move the propeller farther away from the engine to accommodate a more streamlined cowling and to make the propeller more quiet (not by much). Please buy this from: http://www.sabermfg.com/extensions.htm They understand how to do it properly and will sell it to you cheaper than you could make it yourself (to those high standards). Please understand that adding extensions to engine flanges increases manoeuvring loads on engine bearings and may reduce the lifespan of the engine.
