Propeller cutter
thingiverse
This is a custom tool that helps you trim your prop to fit your specific needs. The cutter has a thread designed for use with a Dremel rotary tool. Being in a hurry, I needed 3-inch props for my 130 quad and couldn't afford to wait the usual 4-6 weeks for my Bangood order, so I decided to shorten some 4-inch King Kong props (as shown) down to 3 inches. To get started, you'll need to cut the prop by hand with a pair of scissors right next to your desired finish size and then complete it with this tool. Personally, I would use a larger endmill than the one used here because it does tend to vibrate slightly. I also recommend using a locknut on top of the prop nut spanner to get a secure grip on the prop while machining.
