Propeller Balancer (also for big props and hub balancing)

Propeller Balancer (also for big props and hub balancing)

thingiverse

This is a straightforward propeller balancer that also functions for larger props in hub balancing, allowing them to be mounted vertically when clamping it to a desk. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to leave a comment below. Version 3 of this design lacks front support, resulting in reduced stability but enabling the propeller to spin more freely. In contrast, Version 4 features a front support beam, offering increased sturdiness while maintaining smooth rotation. **Usage Instructions** To use this balancer, simply insert nails into the slots as shown in the accompanying image, then secure the propeller onto another nail (optional cone adapters from Thingiverse can be used if your nail is too thin). I will provide links to these adapters once I locate them. **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: Wanhao * Printer Model: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 * Rafts: No rafts are required. * Supports: None needed. * Resolution: 0.2mm layer thickness is recommended. * Infill: Works well with an infill of 20%, but I recommend using 40% for optimal results.
