This is a tube with a tapered top that sits in the gap between the logo badge and the deck on the Propel Endeavor Pro. It is used for centering and placing grip tape on the deck that has a cutout for the logo badge. - Use the outer flat edge of the circle (top) to trace a circle onto the grip tape backing. - Cutout circle from grip tape - Slide tube into cutout, tapered side down - Tapered end sits in the gap, allowing you to rotate the tape before peeling the backing
