I designed a lightweight prop saver that fits perfectly onto my quadcopter. Its weight ranges from approximately 22 grams, depending on the number of layers I choose or the infill percentage. For my version, it tips the scales at around 22 grams with settings like 0.3mm layer height and two vertical, two horizontal layers with just a 15% fill density. The whole process takes about an hour per guard, printed in 3D. It's designed to snugly accommodate 9-inch propellers on my Quanum Nova drone setup.
