When learning to fly, always prioritize the safety of those around you by taking precautions from the outset. Remove excess weight to optimize performance when you're ready for speed. To enhance protection, consider utilizing Prop_Guard_B, which offers stronger guards. On 8/11/19, I encountered two prop guard failures within the first hour of flight training. The initial failure resulted in a catastrophic shattering upon impact due to subpar PETG quality and brittleness. Thankfully, having this safety feature enabled helped mitigate the damage. What's more, I was able to print a replacement prop guard within an hour, a far more cost-effective solution than replacing entire propellers altogether.
