Prop Dropper Pulley

A conical pulley is featured in this design for an animatronic "Prop Dropper" function, detailed in the October 2009 Nuts & Volts magazine. It fits directly onto a Solarbotics GM-3 gearmotor without adhesive. The part must be printed with high infill strength to handle dropped toy spiders' force. Attach it to the motor shaft and tie the line through the back plate's small hole, using fishing line if possible.
