Prop Cutter for Proxxon drill

Prop Cutter for Proxxon drill

This is my version of a propeller cutter for the Proxxon mini drill, German cousin to the popular Dremel drill bit changer. I've included holes for 3", 4" and 5" bullnose. In the picture, you'll see my old drill with a non-standard 20mm collar, which made installation tricky. For a smooth assembly, use a M6x25 screw and nut on the collar press. The original version requires a M5x40 and some additional nuts, as seen in the photo - I didn't like this design, so I came up with Versions 1.2 and 2 instead. Version 1.2 was designed to accommodate a M4x40 Screw and features a 2cm adapter for easier installation. My most recent design, Version 2, is built for a M4 screw, but it's still in the testing phase.
