A blade cutter attachment for Dremel tools. Cuts props down to diameters as small as 3 and 4 inches. The geometry was simply exported from Cinema4d using Boolean operations, but it works perfectly with CuraEngine in Repetierhost. Print Settings Rafts: Not used Supports: Unnecessary Resolution: Large thick layers are ideal. Infill: Choose a percentage between 10-35%. Notes: For the best results, print this part with the widest tip and thickest layers your printer can handle. This will provide excellent layer adhesion and a strong inflexible final product. Post-Printing Requirements: Non-printed parts needed: 1. One fifty-millimeter M4 bolt 2. A propeller spacer that fits props with five millimeter mount holes 3. An M4 nut to press into the 'prop cutter nut' after printing. 4. One Dremel tool - Mine is a Mastercraft model, but the attachment on the end of this tool appears to be universal.
