Prop balancer stand

Prop balancer stand

thingiverse

This is a straightforward stand for prop balancers using an axle. Beyond the printed part, you'll need 40*3 mm steel rod (piano wire or music wire) to get started. Simply glue or press-fit the rod into its slot, then push the plastic parts together, securing them with glue if necessary. To assemble this project, print part A and B separately – do not print the semi-mounted model, as it's only intended for display purposes. Additionally, consider printing the design found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:405325 if you're specifically balancing DJI props. Print Settings: Printer: Vertex K8400 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 50% Notes: I used PLA and a temperature of 196 degrees Celsius for this project. To ensure proper adhesion, I applied blue tape and some glue to the print bed. How I Designed This Trimble Sketchup
