These heel wedges assist in correcting foot pronation/supination; consult diagrams for clarification. If you, like me, have slight supination from an injury and require the lowest angle wedge, proceed with caution as I'm not medically trained - use at your own risk! To apply, glue the wedges to a soft insole before inserting it into your shoe. If your footwear is contoured, pre-warm the insert, then mold it to match your shoe's shape. Three sizes (37EU/4UK/4 1/2US, 42EU/7 1/2UK/8US, and 46EU/11 1/2UK/12US) and four angle degrees (2, 3, 6, and 9) are available; note that the files are labeled 'supination,' but their design is symmetrical for pronation correction.
