I've revised the extruder mount to feature a slightly thicker profile for improved rigidity based on valuable feedback from members who've printed and tested it. It should still fit perfectly, with just a smaller gap between the Bondtech extruder and the face of the extruder mounting part. I'd love to hear if you've tried printing this out and have any thoughts to share. The first style is specifically designed as a direct replacement for the Bondtech extruder. It comes in two parts: one that replaces the walle and another that mounts to it. I've included slots for nuts if you prefer added holding power over relying on the screw's grip on plastic. Please note that the tolerance is set at .2, so you might need to press the nuts into place using a vice or pliers. The second style features a 40mm blower on the back and includes ducting and a vent for nozzle cooling. Keep in mind that you'll need to adjust your Y dimensions to accommodate this mod. This modification has yet to be tested by me, but it was requested by several members.
