I've tried out several fan designs over the past few months but none of them effectively tackled the cooling issues I was experiencing with PLA. This design is based on a combination of various fan concepts I've come across recently, along with some additional fine-tuning to optimize airflow from standard part cooling fans without having to resort to larger fans. I'm extremely satisfied with this design. After using it for a couple of weeks now, my PLA results have seen a significant improvement! I've included the Sketchup file if anyone wants to make further adjustments.
