I suggest printing at a layer height of .2 with a nozzle diameter of .4. The print should come out as one piece. Use either a 3-meter screw or bolt to drive it up or down. Typically, I leave a gap of .3mm between the parts but many people complain that they don't come apart easily. I wouldn't recommend printing this with PETG because it's likely to stick together. However, when I printed it once, the result was great and the parts detached nicely. After you've finished printing, pull the 40mm fan ducts down and insert a bolt at the top. There should be enough space for it to slide down easily. Then start screwing into the duct/nozzle fan shroud, pulling it up as you go. This design hasn't been tested yet because I don't have a ktana but you can try it out if you want. One thing that's bothering me is vibration noise. There are holes inside each duct where you can put a screw to stabilize them, although you might not need to do this. Let me know what you think in the comments section below.
