I've had this DIY projector screen for quite some time, ever since I made it a few years ago. For the most part, I just toss it over my curtain rod, but now that I've got a 3D printer, I figured it was high time to give designing something a shot. This particular design came together in 123D after several iterations - five of them, to be exact. The new and improved screen now securely clips onto the curtain rod, giving it a much sleeker appearance overall. And those clips, by the way? They've got 30mm internal diameters.
