The Brewerton Eared Notch Point is an ancient tool that dates back to the Middle Archaic period, roughly between 5,000 and 4,500 years before present. Crafted from Onondaga chert, this relic was uncovered through a thorough examination using a cutting-edge 3D scanner, specifically the HDI Advance model from 3D3 Solutions. The scanning process was facilitated by the sophisticated Flexscan 2012 software.
