Mathematica's STL format allows users to export 3D models as ASCII files. To accomplish this, use the `Export` function and specify the file extension as '.stl'. The following example code exports a 3D model of a sphere: ```mathematica Export["sphere.stl", Sphere[]] ``` The resulting STL file will contain information about the vertices, edges, and faces of the 3D model.
