Project Zen Keyboard Case
thingiverse
There are no 3D printable cases for Project Zen yet, and that's about to change. Project Zen is an Ergodox-like sandwich case keyboard with a sleek low profile design. The case was designed to fit snugly over the bottom plate but can also accommodate builds featuring a separate bottom case. This custom-designed case was generated using advanced programming techniques and serves as a precise guide based on the DXF of the bottom plate. Its ultra-thin profile is press-fit, requiring precise sizing; I had to increase the scaling by 0.75% to get everything just right, which is now built into the provided models. Default settings include an inner height of 10mm, a bottom thickness of 1mm, and 2mm sides, but if those values don't work for you, you can access the BASEPLATEDXF on GitHub [here](https://github.com/Legonut/Zen-build-guide) and adjust the parameters in the .scad file to your liking. Since Legonut doesn't hold a license on these files, I'm directing users there instead of rehosting them here. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out!
