This is the latest version, and my current preferred in-use frame. Frame Size - 170 Motor size - 1806 to 2205 Prop size - 3" tp 5"(tip trimmed) Battery size - 1100mah (3s/4s) to 2200(3s)/1800(4s) FC capable - All standard 35mm and lower sized fc's Esc capable - All 4in1 esc boards barring the older, larger Qbrain & Quatro 4in1's It incorporates various tweaks to the original frame to further reduce weight while at the same time increasing strength and overall rigidity. My current setup uses a more conventional separate FC and 4in1 ESC setup instead of the previous versions AIO board. Amongst minor alterations, there is a tweak to the motor mount points which raises the motors 4-5mm higher, allowing most standard motors to be bolted directly to the frame part rather than requiring the use of a spacer to allow more conventional props to clearly miss the canopy. Though the interior electronics mounting plate is somewhat tailored to my own current hardware spec, it wouldn't be a difficult or time-consuming task to alter/create your own version to suit your own personal setup. The camera mounting&exit point has been increased in size and will now accommodate something similar to a RunCam Swift 3 in size (this size is more or less the preferred for smaller frames). There are exit points throughout the rear of the main body to accommodate FPV SMA antenna connector, Power leads and RX antenna (if you choose to use these rather than out the available holes on the canopy top). I've been flying this particular frame version for a solid heavy-use week now and suffered numerous heavy crashes while pushing it through a great deal of acro stuff. As of yet, it has shown zero signs of breakages or damage of any sort. I am surprised myself at how durable it has proven to be as well as obviously pleased. My own personal version has a 0.5mm carbon fiber sheet on its bottom which though I doubt adds any real degree of strength (0.5mm is almost paper thin and can be easily cut with normal scissors) it does offer a degree of protection and definitely improves the visual appeal lol. My current setup for reference: Racerstar 2600kv 2205s Naze Rev5 variant Dys 4in1 D-shot F20a FlySky f6b Rx Eachine VTX03 Eachine 1000Tvl CCD Cam In terms of prop sizes, the frame can accommodate anywhere between 3" and 4.5" props, the latter size can be achieved by tip-trimming 5" props as I myself do. I've so far tested the frame using the following props: Dal 3050 two-blade & tri-blade RaceKraft 5051 tris Tri Boomerang 5040 Gemfan 5030 CF Dal Q5040 quad blade Out of the props tested, 3" props - generally too small for motors I use. RaceKraft - best for power/punchout, high lipo drain/low flight time (4mins tops). Gemfan - best for efficiency, lack punchout (7mins). Dal Q5040 - second only to the RaceKraft in power, mid-range lipo drain (5mins). Boomerang - more or less a good all-rounder of those tested (6mins). All times are recorded during heavy acro sessions and using the same battery. My personal choice is the Q5040's though, simply because I love the sound these banshees make lol.
