This 3D model was originally designed using Sketchup 7 software, and then successfully converted to various other 3D formats. The native format remains .skp, while a 3ds Max scene is optimized for use in 2016 version of the 3ds Max application, rendered with Vray 3.00 rendering engine. Although this model is not intended for public release, it may still be kept on file and stored within the warehouse pending future developments or collaborations.
