Project FAXE (Full Acrylic X End)

FAXE stands for Full Acrylic X End, FALXE for the left end, and FARXE for the right end. Color selection is a straightforward process: I use red plating on the left side (port/backbord) and green on the right (starboard/steuerbord), ensuring that I don't get confused. It's essential to note that this X-End is designed to cut precisely on my cutter, supporting exactly my aluminum slider in its exact configuration. Please accept that modifications will be necessary to fit your cutter and slider perfectly. Chances are that the files won't fit without modification. Material requirements include: * 4 x bronze bushings (8x10x15) * 1 sheet of 5mm acrylic * 1 sheet of GUTTACRYL 3mm, in any color you prefer from HORNBACH. It's worth noting that GUTTACRYL varies in thickness between 3.1 and 2.87 mm. The holes in this project are designed for a 3.05-3.08 mm thick sheet. If an orange acrylic is mentioned or referenced, it refers to a 3.08 mm sheet. For other 3mm-class sheets, the exact thickness isn't crucial. Optional: Additional colorful sheets of acrylic 3mm (I used GUTTACRYL from HORNBACH in red and green). Supplies needed: * Thin superglue * 2 x bolts M3 >8 mm
