Yepp, that's a mold for a dildo, and a central spine to add a bullet vibrator at the tip. If you're planning to make one, be extremely cautious to use body-safe silicone rubber for the cast! Smooth out the mold thoroughly before casting. I printed with as low a resolution as possible within my time constraints and used wood fill filament to minimize layer lines from the start. Sand it, fill it, sand some more, varnish it, then sand even more! You want a safe, sanitary toy that's ready for use. If the cast has any remaining visible layer line imprints, don't bother sticking that thing anywhere.
