This is a compact project enclosure that can be easily scaled up by adjusting its edges. The base and top pieces attach securely using six #4 self-tapping screws, while the front and rear panels slide smoothly into slots. Panels can be printed as is or customized with unique cutouts, holes, etc. The slots are 2mm wide, making it possible to replace them with a 1.5mm aluminum panel that's been cut to size. Feel free to remix this design; I whipped it up quickly in 3DS Max. Some ideas for additions could include air vents or other features to enhance the enclosure's functionality.
